GROUND SERVICE SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time we receive the order. Above rates are for delivery to the lower 48 states only. Allow up to 6 business days for Fast Track Ground and 10 business days for Super Saver Ground. Fast Track ships using UPS. Super Saver can ship using the U.S. Postal Service, or UPS, whichever we determine as "best way". Our shipping, handling, processing and insurance charges cover your entire order regardless of the number of packages we ship out. All orders are fully insured against loss or damage. If there is a problem upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Eastern on Friday and over the weekend are considered to have been received on the following Monday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING INFORMATION
Are you in a hurry? We can be there tomorrow! For an additional charge we offer Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Select Service (please see rates above). Place your order by 1 PM ET (Monday through Friday only) and we will rush your order out the same day!

Above chart indicates business shipping days and rates for up to 10 pounds only. In-stock items only will be shipped using the express shipping option, any back ordered items will be shipped using one of our ground shipping options. Physical street address is required, UPS and Fed EX will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to include a daytime contact phone number so we can expedite your express order. Products marked "Ships Direct from Manufacturer" or "Special Order" are not eligible for express shipping. Express shipping does not include weekend or holiday deliveries. For example, a Next Day Air order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available in limited areas for an additional charge, please contact Customer Service for complete details.

ORDERS FOR AK, HI, PR, APO's, FPO's, USA TERRITORIES
These will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Our Super Saver charges (above) cover packages up to 2 pounds. If you need faster delivery, please contact Customer Service for either 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery. Three day delivery service and weekend delivery are not available.

MILITARY APO's AND FPO's
APO/FPO addresses will ship U.S. Postal Service only. Eagle America would like to thank our service men and women for what they are doing for our country.

CANADIAN ORDERS
Canadian orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested. In most cases the Super Saver shipping rate will cover the cost to ship to Canada. If additional shipping charges are needed, our Customer Service Department will contact you for approval with the additional amount needed. If you need faster delivery, please contact Customer Service for either 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery. Three day delivery service and weekend delivery are not available. Eagle America is not responsible for duties or taxes that you may incur with your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Thank you for your interest in Eagle America! We strive to provide you with the highest level of customer service in the industry. Due to the cost of doing business internationally, one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will contact you via email or phone to finalize your total shipping charge. This extra step is needed to insure that you are completely aware of the costs of doing business globally. Eagle America is not responsible for duties or taxes that you may incur with your order. There will be a $6.00 handling fee for all orders that are shipped internationally. We prefer to ship all international orders via USPS to insure our product arrives at your doorstep quickly and in excellent condition.

NOTE: Flammable and aerosol items cannot be shipped by air and will be shipped separately by ground service at no additional charge. Also, nobody hates backorders more than we do. Any backorders will be shipped by standard ground service at no additional charge to you.
