Ground Service Shipping*
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Above rates are for delivery to the lower 48 states only. Allow up to 5 business days for Fast Track Ground and 9 business days for Super Saver Ground. Fast Track ships via UPS or FedEx Ground only. Super Saver can ship via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground, whichever is least expensive. Our shipping, handling, processing and insurance charges cover your entire order regardless of the number of packages we ship out. All orders are fully insured against loss or damage. If there is a problem upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

ORDERS FOR AK, HI, PR, APO's, FPO's, USA Territories:
These will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Our Super Saver charges (above) cover packages up to 2 pounds. Packages over 2 pounds will be charged actual rates plus a $5 handling fee. If you need faster delivery, please contact Customer Service for either 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery (No Saturday or Sunday Delivery). Three Day service not available to these locations. APO/FPO address must use U.S. Postal Service only.

Express Shipping Information**:
Are you in a hurry? We can be there tomorrow. For an additional charge we offer Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Select Service (please see rates above). Place your order by 3 PM ET (Monday through Friday only) and we will rush your order out the same day! Above chart indicates business shipping days and rates for up to 10 pounds only. Oversized packages and shipments over 10 pounds will be charged actual rates plus a $3 handling fee. In stock items only. Cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to include a daytime contact phone number so we can expedite your express order. Products marked "Ships Direct from Manufacturer" are not eligible for rush shipping. Express shipping does not include weekend or holiday deliveries. For example, a Next Day Air order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available in limited areas for an additional charge, please contact Customer Service for complete details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Thank you for your interest in Eagle America! We strive to provide you with the highest level of customer service in the industry. Due to international shipping costs, customs, and duties we will need to contact you personally via email to finalize your order for processing. This extra step is needed to insure that you are completely aware of the costs of doing business globally. Eagle America is not responsible for any duties or taxes that you may incur with your order. There will be a $6.00 handling fee for all orders that are shipped internationally. You may browse our website, place items in your cart, and place an order with us at which time our Customer Service Department will contact you via email to finalize your international shipping costs less duties and taxes. We prefer to ship all international orders via FedEx or UPS to insure our product arrives at your doorstep quickly and in excellent condition.
