The oval back chair was traditionally used as a side chair. This chair includes a tail piece which was an option with chairmakers of the 18th century. These bracing spindles' make the chair much stronger by reinforcing the bow against the sitters weight. Size: 36-3/4" high by 15" wide and 21" deep.
