The Gate Leg Table is a part of American tradition and originated in the first half of the 18th century. The wooden hinge on this piece, which is the heart of the table, establishes it as a true American piece of furniture. The original table was made of cherry and has aged quite nicely. Size: 29" high by 42" wide and 18" folded and 55" extended.
