Comments: This dado cutter is a great cutter and for the price it is really great. It will put a groove in today's thin veneers and will leave a clean cut. I bought the Oshlun for a backup set. I have a $325.00 set. It does a little better but not much. I use it all the time now. It is really a great deal. The only pitfall is that it is not very accurrate on the width. 3/4" is not 3/4". Although it does work perfectly on 3/4" plywood. It cuts undersize enough. If you need and exact 3/4" the shims are really great. It comes with a complete set of steel shims. It also cuts a flat bottom.

Comments: I've got the 6" set, and it's been spot-on in width measurements for me. Easy cuts, remarkably clean, straight bottoms - I never have anything to clean up with my chisel. I wholeheartedly recommend these.
