Many new features make the Sign-Pro even more versatile and easier to use than ever before. The templates are self-centering and include 168 horizontal numbers, letters and punctuation plus 20 Vertical Number templates in 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" sizes. No measuring is required! The 7" TurnLock base plate with centering pin fits most popular routers and the metal nosed bushings change easily without any tools. Stronger metal rails greatly improve stability and are easily joined for signs up to 36". The Sign-Pro's new, improved, low profile C-clamps allow secure clamping without obstructing your router's movement. Includes 2 carbide core box bits (1/4" and 3/8"). A plunge router is recommended.

The Sign-Pro Kit comes with a 168-piece horizontal template kit that includes 2-sets of 10 numbers, 29 letters (2 of A, E, and I), an apostrophe, period and spacer in both 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" heights PLUS a 40-piece vertical number kit that includes 2-each of 0 thru 9 in 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" heights.

Signs for all Seasons

Comments: This was my first sign-making set. The first night I made my house number, my name, and my dog's name for her doghouse. Set-up is easy and I learned quickly to work slowly and let the bit stop completely between letters. Once I started I couldn't stop!

Comments: Not bad, I wasn't expecting plastic letters. They are not very strong. 1 broke and I gouged a letter with my router. Aluminum would prevent that. Overall not bad, take your time. Depth of bit very important.
