These slides are NOT "self-closing" the way I think the Blum slides are. In MY experience, these slides impose a sort of "hump" in the closing resistance, AFTER pushing through which, the drawer will pull itself closed and hold itself closed (you have to pull through the "hump" when OPENING, too). It prevents bounce-back (after you've pushed through the hump), and it holds the drawer closed (good for mobile), but it is NOT the feature that gently pulls the drawer closed that you may have experienced in new installations.
