Slightly undersized by ()

I'm reviewing the 23/32" bit (116-1105). While a great bit for giving flat bottoms and clean edges, the bit is a little undersized. With a digital caliper, I measured it to 45/64". This makes it too tight for 23/32" plywood dadoes. After routing, I have to sand or plane the sides of the dado, to make the plywood fit.

Great bit for railings by ()

I purchased the 1" diameter bit (116-1605) and use it for cutting a groove in custom railings I set on 3/8" x 1" steel bars. It works great on everything from pine to oak, and a couple of exotics my clients have requested. It's not quite up to the challenge of IPE, but I haven't found a bit that is. The groove is super clean and square and is ready to go right off of the router table, no additional work necessary.
