5 StarsI've used this product for about two years now (same bottle). I wipe down the table on my saw and router table, sole plates of hand held tools, and every bit and blade before I work. It really slicks things up and it does seem to help blades and bits last longer by reducing friction. It has not affected any finish to date. I doesn't prevent rust long term on steel tables but that is not what I was looking for directly. I was trying to promote longer blade and bit life and reduce friction and it does that with excellence even used sparingly.
