The orange 1.0MM spray tip set is great for spraying sealers and varnish and is best used with the black air cap nozzle. The spray tip will provide anywhere from a 1-4" fine finish spray pattern based on the flow control knob and is ideal for furniture and woodworking projects.

The yellow 2.5MM spray tip set is great for spraying latex paint, chalk type paint, and milk type paint. This spray tip set is best used with the black air cap nozzle. The spray tip will provide anywhere from a 6-7" fine finish spray to medium spray pattern based on the flow control knob and is ideal for furniture and cabinet projects.

The black 3.5MM spray tip set is great for spraying primer and latex paint. This spray tip set is best used with the yellow air cap nozzle. The spray tip will provide anywhere from a 8-10" medium finish spray pattern based on the flow control knob and is ideal for walls, ceilings, decks and fences.
