MLCS Cast Iron Router Table Extension with Fence Instructions
This sturdy 27" wide by 16" table top will mount between the rails of your table saw on either the right or left side between the rails. Will work with all table saws where the rails are 27" apart.
Can also be mounted to a cabinet or open steel stand. The router plate insert opening in the table top measures 9-1/32" x 12-3/32".
Features include:
- 27" x16" 50 lb. Cast Iron Top machined flat and true for stability and exacting control of stock
- Extra Tall Split Fence allows edge routing for safer vertical routing.
- Includes Measuring Tape that reads both right to left and left to right for easy measurements
- Aluminum Miter Track in the table and T-Track in the fence allows the use of jigs, a miter gauge, and feather boards.
- Choose from two different 9-1/32" x 12-3/32" router insert plates: 3/8" thick Premium Aluminum with 5 locking insert rings, pin, and quick change wrench or 3/8" thick Phenolic with two insert rings and pin. There is also a "No Plate" option for use with the PowerLift Pro®.

Mounting Hole Alignment:
4 Hole Alignment:
First hole is 1-1/8" from end, every other hole is 8-1/4". Holes are centered on the 1-1/2" thick top.
3 Hole Alignment:
Holes are 7/8" diameter. First hole is 2-3/4" from end, center hole is in the middle at 13-1/2".
