The Milescraft Door Mortise Kit eliminates confusing calculations for proper placement of door hardware. These door hinge mortise kits feature centered tape measure tabs for accurate placement on door and jamb and a door thickness selector that is easily adjusted for 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" doors.
The templates drop into a sturdy steel template frame for long lasting durability and have a reversible template design for square or rounded hinges. There is no need for guide bushings with these kits.
Door Mortise Kit includes:
• Hinge templates (For square or rounded hinges): 2-1/2", 3", 3-1/2", 4", and 4-1/2"• Strike plate templates: 1-1/8"x 2-3/4", 1-1/2"x 2-1/4", and 1-1/2"x 2-3/4"
• Latch plate templates: 1"x 2-1/4", 1-1/8"x 2-1/4", and 1-1/8"x 2-3/4"
• Carbide tipped router bit with ball bearing.
